Longview Farm is our small farm in Pownal, Vermont where we raise grass-fed lamb. We started raising lamb for ourselves to have our own source of healthy meat. We also wanted to restore our overgrown pastures with rotational grazing and have our own source of animal manure for enriching our vegetable garden and orchard. We make sure that our animals always have plenty of lush pasture, fresh air and clean water. We sell whole lamb or a half lamb for $7.50/lb of the hanging weight (with the bone-in). A whole lamb weighs approximately 45 lbs.

- Bone-in leg of lamb: $9.25/lb
- Lamb loin chops: $11.00/lb
- Lamb rib chops: $11.00/lb
- Rack of lamb: $11.00/lb
